扬·德乌戈什（波兰语：Jan Długosz，1415年12月1日—1480年5月19日）一译约翰·德鲁哥兹，家族纹章为维尼亚瓦，是15世纪波兰外交官，历史学家及编年史学者。他同时也是神职人员、地理学者、波兰首位纹章学者、外交官、克拉科夫法政牧师、克拉科夫主教秘书长。1428～1431年在克拉科夫大学求学，1467年起在卡齐米日・亚捷隆屈克的宫廷内担任其子导师。1480年被命名为利沃夫主教，曾多次参加使节团外派：1449年前往罗马， 1467年前往捷克，1469年前往匈牙利，1478年前往维谢格拉德[1]。
扬·德乌戈什出版过多本历史著作，其中以1455～1480年间编写的《波兰史》（Annales seu cronici incliti regni Poloniae）最为知名[2]，记载了波兰从创始至1480年间的历史。全书总共12卷，对波兰历史做了极具倾向性的描述，借此激发波兰人的自豪感。[3]
