扁臀龙属（学名：Planicoxa）是禽龙类恐龙的一属。化石包含来自几头个体的部分骨骼，发现于美国犹他州与南达科塔州，地质年代为下白垩纪。
模式种是毒扁臀龙（P. venenica），是在2001年由Tony DiCroce及肯尼思·卡彭特（Kenneth Carpenter）描述、命名的。化石发现于犹他州格兰德县的雪松山组Poison Strip Sandstone段。属名意指肠骨的扁平外表，种小名则是来自“Poison”的拉丁文。模式种的化石包含了保存良好的肠骨、股骨、胫骨及脊椎骨等骨骼。其股骨是典型的鸟脚下目股骨，但肠骨的髋臼后突则很短、水平发展，以与股骨的粗隆部接合。扁臀龙的发现，替雪松山组（巴列姆阶/阿尔比阶）的动物群增添了更多的资料。
第二个种扁平扁臀龙（P. depressa），原本是查尔斯·吉尔摩（Charles Gilmore）在1909年命名的扁平弯龙（Camptosaurus depressus）；在2008年，由卡彭特与Y. Wilson改归类于扁臀龙。化石发现于南达科塔州的拉科塔组（Lakota Formation）。其肠骨的髋臼后突也是水平发展；与模式种的差异是肠骨并非弯曲，髋臼前突较粗，髋臼较浅，肠骨后段较狭窄。化石包含一些脊椎与两个尺骨。拉科塔组发现的其他禽龙科化石，可能属于此种。在2011年，这个种被建立为新属，Osmakasaurus[1]。
