滥交（英语：promiscuity）是指经常与不同的性伴侣发生性行为的人。如果用词者理想的性关系是单配偶制，则该术语可以带有道德判断。一夜情是一个常见的例子。

[编辑]准确评估人们的性行为很困难，社会控制和禁忌会使报告的性行为被过分夸大或减少。
美国在1978年和1982年进行的实验发现，绝大多数男人都愿意与不认识的女人发生性关系。相比之下，没有女人同意具有中等吸引力的男人的这种主张。尽管男人通常对这些要求感到满意，但无论他们的意愿如何，女人都感到震惊和厌恶。
人们一生中拥有的性伴侣的数量差异很大。2007年在美国进行的一项全国调查发现，男性报告的女性性伴侣的中位数为7，女性报告的男性性伴侣的中位数为4。男性可能夸大了伴侣人数。
据报告，大约29％的男性和9％的女性一生中有超过15个性伴侣。性传染病传播的研究表明，一小部分人口有比平均水平的男人或女人更多的伴侣。
2006年对来自全球59个国家的数据进行的系统综述发现，性伴侣的数量与健康状况之间没有关联。
