德川齐温 （日语：徳川 斉温 ／ とくがわ なりはる Tokugawa Nariharu ，1819年7月20日—1839年5月3日），日本江户时代 后期大名 ，尾张藩 第十一代藩主、御三家 之一尾张德川家 第十一代当主。尾张藩第十代藩主德川齐朝 堂弟。父亲为第十一代将军德川家齐 第十九子，母亲为户田政方之女侧室于瑠璃之方，正室为田安齐匡之女爱姫（俊恭院）。官位从二位 权大纳言 。第十二代将军德川家庆 的异母弟、第十三代将军德川家定 及第十四代将军德川家茂 的叔父。
生平
文政 2年（1822年）6月13日，德川齐温成为叔父尾张藩第十代藩主德川齐朝的养嗣子。文政10年（1827年）8月15日，35岁的齐朝决定退位隐居，由当时年仅9岁的德川齐温继承藩主之位。
天保 10年（1839年）3月20日，由于德川齐温健康状况不佳，直到他当了12年藩主后以21岁之龄去世。他死前并无后嗣，由他的异母兄德川齐庄 （德川家齐第十二子）为齐温的养子，继承尾张藩。
德川齐温的法号为良恭院殿让誉盛德源僖大居士。墓所为名古屋市 东区筒井之建中寺。
