第403警备师（德语：403. Sicherungs-Division）是纳粹德国国防军陆军的一个警备师。该师于1939年10月组建[1]。
该师组建时，称为第403特种师（德语：Division z. b. V. 403），1942年3月改编为第403警备师。
该师改编后，一直在东线后方，进行警备工作。
该师最后于1943年5月解散。
