微型断路器的脱扣特性

微型断路器Miniature Circuit Breaker,简称MCB)是家用及商用断路器的主力。功能是在线路过载或短路时自动截断电流。

带过电流保护的剩余电流动作断路器(Residual Current Breaker with Overload,简称RCBO)则是结合了漏电和过电流保护的产品,用于插座回路及其他容易被人触摸的地方。

国际标准

根据国际标准IEC 60898,额定电流(In)是指断路器在30°C下可承受的最大连续电流。IEC 60898-1推荐的额定值包括:6, 10, 13, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100和125安培[1]这相当于R10雷纳级数(Renard series)。

额定电流的前面会带一个英文字母,代表瞬时脱扣电流的特性。交流型(IEC 60898-1)包括B、C及D型;交直流型(IEC 60898-2)则有B及C型。

B 3 In < I ≤ 5 In(交流电)

4 In < I ≤ 7 In(直流电)

C 5 In < I ≤ 10In(交流电)

7 In < I ≤ 15 In(直流电)

D 10 In < I ≤ 20 In(交流电)

注:特殊情况下,可使用50 In

K 8 In < I ≤ 12 In

用于正常情况下经常出现短暂电流峰值的负载,例如电动机变压器

Z 2 In < I ≤ 3 In

用于半导体设备。
