康力斯娱乐（英语：Corus Entertainment）是加拿大一间媒体及广播公司，总部位于安大略省多伦多，1999年从萧氏通讯分拆而成，主要股东亦为萧氏家族。康力斯涉足加拿大国内的电台和电视广播业及出版业，旗下资产包括环球电视、39间地区电台以及45条收费电视频道。儿童电视频道构成康力斯收费电视业务的主要一环：此公司除了营运YTV和Teletoon两条创始于加拿大的频道外，亦获授权营运卡通频道、迪士尼频道、迪士尼XD和尼克罗顿等美国品牌的加拿大版频道。
历史
1990至2000年代
20世纪末期，加拿大视讯委员会（CRTC）并不鼓励国内有线电视供应商同时持有广播媒体。为了满足当局的政策，萧氏通讯于1998年9月宣布将旗下的地区电台及收费电视频道分拆为一家新公司[2]。康力斯娱乐遂告成立，并于1999年9月在多伦多证券交易所挂牌，但大部分股权仍由萧氏家族操控[3][4]。康力斯于同年9月从加拿大鲍尔集团购入4间地区电视台和16间地区电台[5]，再于同年10月购入原属西方国际通讯（Western International Communications）的12间地区电台和包括家庭频道（Family Channel）在内的多条收费电视频道[3]，又于2000年9月宣布斥资5亿4千万加元收购总部位于多伦多的尼尔凡纳动画工作室（Nelvana）[6]。
在CRTC质疑康力斯近乎垄断加拿大儿童电视频道市场的局面下，该公司于2001年3月将其持有的家庭频道股权以1亿2690万元转售予星芒传媒（Astral Media）[7]。康力斯又以2260万元将旗下位于加拿大西部的按次付费服务“Viewers Choice”售予萧氏通讯，再以1亿3260万元从萧氏购入妇女电视网络（Women's Television Network）[7]。2004年3月，康力斯和星芒传媒宣布在魁北克省交换数间地区电台，而康力斯又将旗下位于阿尔伯塔省红鹿市的两间地区电台售予纽卡普广播集团（Newcap Radio）[8][9][10]。
康力斯于2007年8月宣布与赫斯特国际集团合作创办加拿大版柯梦波丹频道[11]，又于2008年3月以7300万元从CTVglobemedia购入加拿大学习电视（Canadian Learning Television）[12]，再于2009年11月创办加拿大版尼克罗顿频道[13]。
2010年代
2010年4月，康力斯宣布因魁北克省内地区电台的利润欠佳而将其放售，当中大部分以8千万元售予科捷科（Cogeco）[14][15]，仅余位于萨格奈的CKRS则于同年6月售予当地一班商人[16]；交易于同年12月获CRTC有条件批准[17]。
康力斯于2010年11月与孩之宝工作室（Hasbro Studios）签订协议，在旗下频道播放该公司制作的节目[18]。2012年3月，康力斯与萧氏联手创办美国ABC家庭频道（ABC Family）的加拿大版频道“ABC火花”（ABC Spark）；两家公司的持份比例为51比49[19][20]。
贝尔传媒于2013年3月收购星芒传媒期间宣布将该公司持有的Historia、Séries+和Teletoon频道股权以及数间地区电台以4亿60万元转售予康力斯；交易于同月18日获加拿大竞争局批准[21][22]。另一方面，康力斯宣布以现金及其持有的加拿大食物网络（Food Network Canada）股权换取萧氏传媒所持有的ABC火花、Historia和Séries+股权[20]。康力斯再于2013年9月将旗下资产分组成六个部门，分别为康力斯电台（Corus Radio）、康力斯儿童（Corus Kids）、康力斯妇女及家庭（Corus Women and Family）、康力斯内容分布及收费电视（Corus Content Distribution and Pay TV）、康力斯广播时段销售（Corus Airtime Sales）和康力斯法语媒体（Corus Média）[23][24]。
2015年4月，康力斯宣布与迪士尼ABC电视集团达成协议，从后者购入迪士尼频道节目在加拿大的多平台播放权，并于同年9月开播迪士尼频道的加拿大版英语和法语频道[25][26]。康力斯于同年11月宣布将其位于加拿大西部的特级收费电视业务营运权以2亿1100万元转售予贝尔传媒，电影中心（Movie Central）和安可道两条频道遂于2016年停播并由贝尔旗下的电影网络（The Movie Network）取代，而贝尔亦籍此成为加拿大国内唯一持有HBO节目播映权的公司[27]。
康力斯于2016年1月13日宣布以26亿5千万加元向萧氏通讯收购包括环球电视在内的萧氏传媒资产[28]。由于康力斯和萧氏通讯的最大股东皆为萧氏家族，CRTC视这宗交易为企业重组，并于同年3月23日批准[29]；康力斯于同年4月1日正式接管萧氏传媒[30]。
