科尼利厄斯“康”·莫尔森（英语：Cornelius "Con" Moulson，1906年9月3日—1989年10月27日）是一位爱尔兰足球运动员及主教练。他的早期球员生涯在祖国爱尔兰度过，然后转战英格兰联赛，他先后在1932年至1936年及1939年至1943年效力林肯城，亦一度转会至诺茨郡[1] 。另外，他也获得5次代表国家队上场的机会[2]。
莫尔森在1943年挂靴，在林肯的一所工厂里工作，他在战后兼职林肯城的工作人员。长期执教林肯城的主教练安德森在1965年退休，任命莫尔森为新任主教练是一个令人震惊的决定，他已经有接近30年没有参与过足球的日常工作。他在球队只执教了8场比赛，他采用了较罕见的3-3-4阵式，丢了21球，莫尔森终被解除了职务。莫尔森所执教的8场比赛全部落败，可以被认为是创下英格兰足球联赛最差战绩的全职主教练。
离职后的莫尔森再度成为球队的工作人员，并返回工厂工作。
