平公雅（生没年不详）是日本平安时代中期的武将。与平公正、平公雄、平忠望皆是同一人物。 平良兼的长子，弟为公连，公元，子为致秋、致成、致赖。任安房守、武藏守、右卫门少尉、从四位下。

因负责浅草寺堂塔伽蓝的重建而为人知。
