2017年巴尔米拉攻势是叙利亚政府军于2017年1月13日在霍姆斯省东部发起的军事行动，意图收复于2016年12月被伊斯兰国攻占的古城巴尔米拉。

2017年2月4日，叙政府军收复哈扬（Hayyan）天然气田。[13]2月7日，伊斯兰国夺回哈扬气田。[14]2月14日，叙政府军再次收复哈扬气田。[15]2月16日，伊斯兰国又夺回哈扬气田部分气井。[16]2月18日，叙政府军再次控制整个哈扬气田。[17]
叙政府军到2017年2月27日已进抵巴尔米拉城外数公里处。[18]3月1日，叙军收复位于巴尔米拉城以西的巴尔米拉古堡。[19]3月2日，叙政府军宣布再次收复古城巴尔米拉。[20]3月3日，叙政府军收复在东面市郊的巴尔米拉机场。[21]
