巴拿马甲组足球联赛（Liga Panameña de Fútbol、英语：Panamanian）是巴拿马的全国最高级别足球联赛，在2009年以前，联赛名为国家职业足球联赛（Asociación Nacional Pro Fútbol）。
联赛分为春季及秋季两节，两节赛制均为相同。而每节则再分为两阶段，首阶段是双循环主客制，最终的前四名晋级次阶段的单淘汰赛，最终胜者为单节冠军。
两节的首阶段（即联赛部分）合计最低分的球队须降班，而每节的冠军则获得美冠杯参赛资格。
