巴尔赞·易卜拉欣·哈桑·提克里蒂[1]（阿拉伯语：برزان إبراهيم التكريتي；1951年2月17日—2007年1月15日）是萨达姆·侯赛因同母异父的三位兄弟之一，是伊拉克前情报局长。
1988年，伊拉克政府派他到瑞士日内瓦担任联合国代表，直到1998年。2003年4月17日，他被美军逮捕。2007年1月15日，他和前革命法庭首席法官阿瓦德·班达尔当天凌晨被处死。
在美军通缉伊拉克政府要员扑克牌中，他名列梅花五。执行绞刑时，他的颈被拉断，身首异处而死。
