白题

白题，古代匈奴部族名。俗以白色涂额，故名。一说，古代匈奴部族胡人所戴的毡笠[1]。

《史记·樊郦滕灌列传》﹕“复从击韩信胡骑晋阳下，所将卒斩胡白题将一人。”裴骃集解引服虔曰﹕“胡名也。”《南史·裴松之传》﹕“时西北远边有白题及滑国遣使由岷山道入贡，此二国历代弗宾，莫知所出。”宋刘肃《<片玉集>序》﹕“白题﹑八滑之事既陈，而当世之疑已释。”
