岛原半岛（日语：島原本島／しまばらはんとう Shimabara hantō */?）为日本九州岛中西部，由北向南呈>字状的一个半岛。北岸为有明海，半岛的根部处的有明海部分则被称为谏早湾。东岸至东南岸为有明海的开口部岛原湾，与熊本市、宇土半岛、天草上岛对峙。南端被称为瀬诘崎。西岸面对橘湾，与长崎半岛对峙。半岛中心部被称为云仙。部分半岛为云仙天草国立公园。
