岑讷市镇

岑讷市镇^[1]（丹麦语：Tønder Kommune、德语：Tondern、北弗里西亚语：Tuner）是丹麦的一个市镇，位于日德兰半岛西南部，西临北海，并包括对开的勒姆岛，属南丹麦大区。面积1,278平方公里，2009年人口40,216人。行政中心为岑讷。

2007年1月1日由原瓦德和另外五个市镇合并而成。
