寇宗奭（?—?），宋代药物学家。
生卒年与生平均不详。据传为北宋名相寇准曾孙，曾编集《莱公勋烈》一卷。[1]熙宁十年（1077）任思州武城县主簿。[2]曾任澧洲（湖南澧县）县吏，历官吴山、顺安军、永州、耀州、雄州、霸州等地。[3]通明医理，尤精于本草学。政和六年，因撰《本草衍义》，转一官，授通直郎，[4]官至添差充收买药材所辨验药材。[5]著有《本草衍义》二十卷。
