阿妮塔·沃达尔奇克（波兰语：Anita Włodarczyk，1985年8月8日—），是一位波兰的女子田径运动员，专长项目为链球。她是田径史上第一位将链球掷过80米的女子运动员^[2][3]，并且于2016年8月28日国际田联钻石联赛巴黎站上，以82.98米缔造当今世界纪录。

2021年8月3日于东京奥运以78.48米的距离，继2012年伦敦奥运、2016年里约奥运后拿下第三面奥运金牌，成为史上第一位奥运田径项目三连霸的女子选手。
