威廉·盖伊 （英语：William Augustus Guy, 1810年6月13日—1885年9月10日）是一位英国医生和医学统计学家。

威廉·盖伊出生在英格兰的奇切斯特，在基督公学和盖伊医院受过教育，在德国海德堡大学和法国巴黎大学学习过一段时间后，1837年进入剑桥大学学习医学。^[1]

1842年被任命为伦敦国王学院法医学教授，同年成为国王学院医院助理医师，1846年到1858年被任命为医学系院长，1859年到1869年在米尔班克监狱担任医务总监，作为在囚犯健康、饮食和卫生方面的半正式政府顾问。

1852年到1856年他负责编辑伦敦统计学会杂志 (现在是皇家统计学会)，1873年到1875年担任其会长，学会1892年颁布盖伊奖章来纪念他的杰出贡献。

1876年到1877年他是英国皇家学会的副会长，以及伦敦皇家内科医学院的讲师。

盖伊的法医学原理，1844年第一次发布，作为行业内的标准，第四版以及之后版本由大卫·费里尔负责编辑，其他主要贡献包括：
