奥洛伊河是俄罗斯的河流，属于奥莫隆河的右支流，由楚科奇自治区负责管辖，河道全长471公里，流域面积23,100平方公里，发源自科雷马山脉，河水主要来自雨水和融雪，每年十月至翌年五月结冰。
