大维也纳（德语：Groß-Wien）是维也纳扩大化后的名称。

历史

大维也纳的首次尝试可以追溯到哈布斯堡君主国时代。1938年奥地利合并并入纳粹德国后，维也纳扩大为“按面积计算帝国最大的城市”。

如今“大维也纳”一词主要用于区分在纳粹时代扩大了的维也纳周围更大的地区与今天的城市[1]。1954年盟军占领奥地利期间，大部分扩建部分恢复到吞并前的状态。
