大溪埔顶仁和宫，又称埔顶仁和宫、大溪仁和宫、埔顶庙，位于台湾桃园市大溪区埔顶的一座百年古庙，主祀开漳圣王，为当地重要的信仰中心，是台湾全岛第一座开漳圣王庙。

历史

清康熙二十六年（1687年）、五十年（1711年）两度扩建；乾隆四十年（1775年）重修，咸丰五年（1855年）再重修，日本昭和二年（1927年）重建。

嘉庆十二年（1807年）曾分香建立安坑太平宫。
