多工即时执行系统（Versatile Real-Time Executive，缩写为VRTX），一种即时操作系统，目前由Mentor Graphics公司所拥有与发展。它可以在嵌入式系统或系统单芯片（SoC）架构中运行，在哈伯太空望远镜中也运用了这个操作系统来执行任务。
历史
[编辑]1980年，詹姆士·雷迪与科林·杭特（Colin Hunter）创办了杭特与雷迪公司（Hunter & Ready），开始发展这个系统。1986年，杭特与雷迪公司（Hunter & Ready）改名为雷迪系统（Ready System），1993年被Microtec Research 并购，并于1994年公开上市。
1995年，明导国际公司（Mentor Graphics）并购了雷迪系统，因此这个操作系统目前属于明导国际公司所拥有。
