墨尔本市中心（英语：Melbourne City Centre），亦称墨尔本中央商业区（Melbourne central business district或Melbourne CBD）、中央商业区（the CBD）或城里（the City），为澳大利亚维多利亚州首府墨尔本大都会地区的市中心，是州内地标建筑、市民公园、文化建筑和观光饭店林立的首善之区。墨尔本市中心座落于雅拉河下游河口段的两岸，行政上归属墨尔本市（City of Melbourne）的地方政府管辖，乃维多利亚州政府和墨尔本市政府的所在地。2006年根据澳大利亚统计局数据，人口有20,361。
墨尔本市中心内有许多以维多利亚风格著称的建筑[2]、占地广大的公园和花园、各种文化社团[3]也是市内铁路的中心。[4]百余年来此地历经了多项国际盛事，包括澳大利亚国会1901年定于此、1956年墨尔本奥运会、1981年共和联邦政府领袖会议、2000年世界经济论坛，以及2006年G20第8次会议。[5][6]
尽管市中心是墨尔本大都会内的首善之区，人口密度上却非是最密集之区。传统上，墨尔本都心的多数居民为中产阶级，但近年来亦有收入较高如商务和年轻专业人士等教育程度高者随着城市规划的改变而进驻高级公寓大厦，对州内人口结构带来影响，同时也带来了新的发展契机。[7]
