埃斯特利（Estelí，官方称呼： Villa de San Antonio de Pavia de Estelí）是尼加拉瓜的城市，也是埃斯特利省的首府，位于该国西北部，始建于1685年，位于尼加拉瓜首府马那瓜北部150千米。
泛美公路经过该城市，城市四周是茂密的森林。1978年至1979年与马索查家族的内战对该城市造成了严重的损害，现在的城市是在原来的基础上完全重建起来的。
