圆通寺（えんつうじ）是位在日本京都府京都市左京区的临济宗妙心寺派寺院。山号“大悲山”。本尊圣观音、开基（创立者）为圆光院文英尼、开山（初代住持）为景川宗隆。原为后水尾上皇之幡枝离宫（幡枝御殿）。庭园被指定为国之名胜，是借景比叡山的借景庭园。
