囊论

囊论（藏语：ནང་བློན，威利转写：nang blon），又音译曩论、内论，或意译为内相，是西藏历史上吐蕃帝国官职中的一个系统，为主管内政的官员，有大、中、小之别，每个职位各一人。

《新唐书·吐蕃传上》记载吐蕃“又有内大相曰曩论掣逋，亦曰论莽热，副相曰曩论觅零逋，小相曰曩论充，各一人；又有整事大相曰喻寒波掣逋，副整事曰喻寒觅零逋，小整事曰喻寒波充；皆任国事。”

职责

根据《弟吴佛教源流》记载，囊论是侍奉赞普的近臣，其职责是“像贤妇一样决策内事”，负责赞普的起居、饮食、保卫及王廷的内部事务。

人物

历史上的恩兰·达扎路恭（马重英）、论莽热担任过大囊论的职务。唐蕃会盟碑中亦出现“囊论琛尚颊热窟宁赞”（ནང་བློན་མཆེམས་ཞང་རྒྱལ་བཞེར་ཁོད་ནེ་བརྩན）的记载。
