乔治·布坎南（英语：George Buchanan，1506年—1582年），文艺复兴时期欧洲苏格兰人文主义者。他曾在法国和葡萄牙的大学任教。他是一位新拉丁诗人，作为苏格兰国王詹姆斯五世的家庭教师，其加尔文主义思想对詹姆斯五世影响深远。虽然布坎南权势显著，但他反对任何形式的专制[1]。
