哈马(阿拉伯语:حماة‎,解作“城堡”)是叙利亚中部大马士革以北的城市,也是哈马省的首府,面积3,680平方公里,2009年人口约70万[1],为叙利亚第五大城市,排在大马士革、阿勒颇霍姆斯拉塔基亚之后,是重要的农业和工业中心。哈马居民以逊尼派教徒为主,也有专为东正教徒而设的地区[1] 。城内最有名的旅游景点是17座古老大水车(noria),每座水车直径达20米,用于把河水经导水管输往城内和邻近的耕地。
