一等勋爵士赛义德-哈利法·本·赛义德·布赛义迪（阿拉伯语：خليفة بن سعيد البوسعيدي；约1852年-1890年2月13日）为桑给巴尔苏丹国的第三任苏丹，从1888年3月26日统治桑给巴尔至1890年2月13日。期间，其统治理念基本延续上任苏丹，继续推行废奴主义。[1]
在1870年时，前任苏丹巴尔加什·本·赛义德曾以哈利法·本·赛义德与政变有关为由将其拘禁了三年。[2]此后前者便一直监视后者至死：在其驾崩之时，正值与德国东非公司谈判之际。哈利法最后选择屈服，将坦噶尼喀租给德国，继而导致当地爆发阿布希里叛乱。
哈利法·本·赛义德曾在1889年12月18日，被英国授予最卓越的圣米迦勒及圣乔治勋章。[3]
