周釐王（？—前677年），一作周僖王，姓姬，名胡齐，东周第四代君主，在位5年，谥号釐[1]。
釐王为周庄王长子，庄王虽偏爱姚姬生的少子王子颓，但未能废长立幼。前681年，釐王即位。
前679年，曲沃克晋后，曲沃武公把晋国的宝器献给釐王，釐王承认曲沃武公为晋君，列为诸侯。前678年，遭晋军攻打并杀害夷邑大夫诡诸，执政大臣周公忌父逃奔虢国。[2]
前677年，周釐王王崩。子惠王立。
