吸血鬼号驱逐舰（英语：HMAS Vampire (D11)）是在澳大利亚皇家海军（HMAS）服役的一艘驱逐舰，是澳洲在战后建造的勇敢级驱逐舰的三号舰，同时也是澳洲建造的第一艘全焊接舰艇。该舰于1952年至1959年在美冠鹦鹉岛（Cockatoo Island）造船厂建成，并在完成后的一天就加入到了澳洲海军之中，为当时的墨尔本号航空母舰护航。
吸血鬼号在服役期间经常部署到东南亚，充当远东舰队的旗舰之一。并在越南战争期间护送运输船往返于印尼与马来西亚之间。同时这艘驱逐舰也被指派陪同伊丽莎白二世和菲利普亲王乘坐的游轮访澳。
1980年，该驱逐舰已经被更为先进的郡级导弹驱逐舰和珀斯级驱逐舰取代，因而被编入预备役。
1986年，吸血鬼号驱逐舰在服役33年后退退役，并被保存在达令港的澳大利亚国家海事博物馆中。
