叶柄
叶柄（Petiole；/ˈpiːtioʊl/）是一个植物学的名词，指连接叶片与节点的部分[1][2]。这部分通常都与茎有着相同的内部构造。在叶柄两侧的延伸部分叫作托叶，如果这些托叶呈鞘状卷曲起来，会叫作托叶鞘。欠缺叶柄的叶片会形容为无柄（sessile或epetiolate），而如果叶柄将部分的茎卷起来，会称呼为抱茎。禾本科的抱茎具有被称为小舌的外部构造。
语源
Petiole这个词源自拉丁语的petiolus或peciolus，意思是“小脚”或“茎”，亦是“脚”pes的diminutive form。
