奥托·叶斯柏森（丹麦语：Jens Otto Harry Jespersen，或拼为Otto Jespersen，【丹麦语发音：[ʌto ˈjɛsbɐsn̩]】，1860年7月16日—1943年4月30日）是丹麦语言学家，专精英语语法。
他生于日德兰半岛的兰讷斯并就学于哥本哈根大学，获得了英语、法语和拉丁语学位。他曾在牛津大学研究语言学。
