反舌鸟，又称嘲鸫（英语：Mockingbird），是雀形目嘲鸫科下一种原产美洲的鸟类，牠们知名于模仿其他鸟类、昆虫或者两栖类动物大声快速连续的叫声。其中大约共有17种，分为两个属。[1] [2]

在北美最常见的反舌鸟为北方反舌鸟（Mimus polyglottos），又称小嘲鸫，学名中的Polyglottos意思是“多种语言”，因为其知名于在晚上，甚至在凌晨唱歌.。 [3]
本物种有时会与另一种鸟类知更鸟（英语：Robin）相混淆，比如哈波·李的小说《To Kill a Mockingbird》常被误译为《杀死一只知更鸟》。
