印度支那移民和难民援助法（Indochina Migration and Refugee Assistance Act）于1975年5月23日由美国总统杰拉德·福特通过，作为西贡陷落及越战的回应。根据此次法案，大约130,000名来自南越、老挝和柬埔寨的难民被允许以特殊身份下进入美国，此法案分配给特别安置援助及金融援助。[1]
