印尼鸡汤（印尼语：Soto ayam）是一种黄色、带香辣的鸡汤，[3]内有隆东饭（或称马来粽）、粉丝[4]或面条。流行于印尼、[1][2]新加坡[5]、马来西亚和[6][7]苏里南。在汤中加入姜黄为汤水带来黄色。
这是印尼菜中最受欢迎的汤品。除了鸡肉和粉丝，其他配料有水煮鸡蛋、炸马铃薯块、唐芹叶和炸红葱头。有时可加椰奶。[8]也可加入虾片粉末和炸蒜头或参巴酱。虾片或恩兵也是常见的配料。[9]
