卡萨拉（阿拉伯语：كسلا）是苏丹东北部卡萨拉省的首府，2008年人口为419,030[1]，位于连接喀土穆和苏丹港的主要干道中途，是重要的贸易中心。自1960年代起，大量埃塞俄比亚和厄立特里亚的难民为逃避战乱而迁入卡萨拉。自1980年代第二次苏丹内战，避难人群从苏丹的南部和西部逃至卡萨拉。现时约160,000内流离失所的人群在城市外围居住。卡萨拉地区的儿童死亡率是达尔富尔地区的两倍。
