卡洛斯·欧赫尼奥·西蒙
卡洛斯·欧赫尼奥·西蒙（Carlos Eugênio Simon，1965年11月3日—），巴西籍足球裁判，也是2002年、2006年及2010年世界杯的主裁判之一。
生涯
西蒙于1998年起正式为国际比赛判法，他首场判法的比赛为厄瓜多尔对秘鲁的世界杯外围赛。2002年，他首度成为世界杯的主球证，当届杯赛中，他为墨西哥对意大利的分组赛判法。4年后的德国世界杯，他先后在三场球赛中判法，在英格兰对瑞典的16强赛事中，他逐出两名瑞典球员。
2009年，由于在本土联赛判法时的一个犯错，西蒙被巴西足协禁示判法6星期 [1]。次年6月，他第三度成为世界杯的主球证，他会负责英格兰对美国的判法。
