劳资审裁处

香港各级法院位置图

劳资审裁处（英语：Labour Tribunal）属香港司法机构，专门处理劳方和资方在金钱上之争议。

值得留意的是，诉讼双方在劳资审裁处不能聘用律师，但已登记的工会或雇主协会可在事先获得审裁处批准下分别代表劳方或资方作供。劳资审裁处的上诉案件会转至高等法院原讼法庭。

位置

现时的劳资审裁处设于九龙油麻地加士居道36号劳资审裁处大楼，即前南九龙裁判法院新翼，2008年1月2日前则设于旺角弥敦道750号始创中心19-20楼。[1] （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）
