劳顿（Loughton）是英格兰埃塞克斯郡埃平森林区的一个民政教区。劳顿位于伦敦查令十字东北约11至13英里处。劳顿教区面积约3,724英亩（15平方千米）,[1]，其中1,300英亩（5平方千米）属于埃平森林。古教区面积3,900英亩（16平方千米），不过在1996年报部分旧教区被划入巴克赫斯特山。据2001年人口普查，劳顿有人口30,340人[2]。2011年有人口31,106人。
