加速规

加速规(英语:accelerometer),又称加速计加速针加速度传感器重力加速度传感器等等,是测量加速度的装置。相对于远距感测的装置,它测量的是自身的运动

作用原理

加速规种类多样,其常用的作用原理有压电效应压阻效应、电容式感应等。

应用

  • 加速规的应用之一是测量重力,特别是使用于重量测定法的加速规上,这样的装置称为重力计
  • 和许多其它科学与工程系统一样,加速规与陀螺仪一同使用于惯性导引系统中。MEMS(微机电系统)加速规最常见于现代汽车的安全气囊系统上,以侦测碰撞发生时车辆突然的减速度。
  • 加速规可能是最简单的MEMS装置,有时只由一个悬臂和一个重锤组成,利用挠曲和电路来测量加速度。MEMS加速规可以测量几千个G的幅度,单轴、二轴、三轴都可以。
  • 加速规的广泛使用使得自动化工业大幅降低成本。
  • 将加速规运用在定位的估算上的研究也正在进行。全球定位系统(简称“GPS”)必须接收到卫星信号才能使用,如果装置进到坑道内,就可以利用加速规来推断位置。
  • 加速规也可以应用在货物运送中,常见于木箱或纸箱外黏贴的一个装置冲击指示器,可以侦测运输中碰撞发生对货物产生的加速度G。[1]
