刘贞安
刘贞安（1871年—1934年）[1]，字彦恭，一字问竹，四川省夔州府奉节县人，光绪二十九年（1903年）癸卯补行辛丑壬寅恩正并科进士，官贵州省永从县、开州、印江县知县知州。辛亥国变后回归故里隐居，靠卖文讲学谋生。刘氏最喜书法，几十年苦学不辍，终于自成名家。书法五体之中，尤善汉隶，特长小篆，楷书也写得圆劲古苍，大气磅礴。著有《耀麓类稿》若干卷、《说文解字笺》十四卷、《六书评议》五卷。总纂民国《云阳县志》，自编《云阳县图志》。云阳县张桓侯庙中现存有刘贞安书法作品数幅。年六十四卒于家。[2]
