副语言学

副语言学（英语：Paralinguistics，或：Paralanguage expression），亦作周边语言学[1]或半言语学[2]，是元通信（英语：meta-communication）（英语：meta-communication）的组成部分，一种研究发声特征或变化对语义影响的学科。研究范围包括有：声调、语调、重音、韵律等的变化[2]所赋予的细微意义，而这些变化可以是有意识地或无意识地表达。

副语言学这门学科由乔治·L·特拉格（英语：George L. Trager）在1950年代发明，当时他在美国国务院的外交服务研究所（英语：Foreign Service Institute）工作。
