刚果小爪水獭（Aonyx capensis congica），又名喀麦隆无爪水獭或扎伊尔小爪水獭，是非洲小爪水獭的一个亚种。[1]牠们分布在喀麦隆、刚果共和国、刚果民主共和国及加蓬，有可能也在安哥拉、布隆迪、中非共和国、赤道几内亚、尼日利亚、卢旺达及乌干达等地。[2]牠们栖息在亚热带或热带的多种环境，包括森林、红树林、沼泽、山区及湖泊等。牠们受到失去栖息地的威胁。
