利奥·亨德里克·贝克兰 （荷兰语：Leo Hendrik Baekeland，1863年11月14日—1944年2月23日）是一名比利时化学家。他因在1893年发明Velox相纸和在1907年发明电木而最为知名。他被称为“塑料工业之父”[2]，因为他发明了电木，一种廉价的、不易燃的和多功能的塑料，这标志着现代塑料工业的开始[3][4]。
