光酥饼

光酥饼 （英语：Chinese Shortbread／White Sugar Soft Cake），是中国民间小吃，外表白色或至黄色，并可能有裂痕以及是圆形。也是闻名于香港奇华饼家、泰昌饼家，以及其他的传统老饼店。类似广东所制造的西樵大饼，口感松软、味觉香甜而不腻，较为干爽，亦可用作为最佳的休闲食品。
