元朗排水绕道是香港新界西主要排水绕道之一，位于元朗区元朗新市镇东南面。元朗排水绕道起源自山贝河侨兴路一带，沿朗河路流经大旗岭、港头新村、上攸田村、竹新村、杨屋村、博爱医院、东成里、南生围南，最后在长春新村一带流入锦田河。
