约翰·赫伯特·“杰基”·格利森（英语：John Herbert "Jackie" Gleason，1916年2月26日—1987年6月24日），美国喜剧演员、编剧和音乐家，他时常演出有着傲慢性格与口条的喜剧角色。较著名的电影角色如《江湖浪子》（1961年）中所饰演的明尼苏达胖子，以及在《追追追》（1977年）、《上天下地大追击》（1980年）和《穷追不舍》（1983年）中饰演的布佛·T·贾斯提斯警长一角。格利森曾拥有一次奥斯卡金像奖提名、四次金球奖提名与四次艾美奖提名。
1987年6月24日，格利森因大肠癌而在佛罗里达州的家中去世，享寿71岁。
