佩尔狄卡斯二世（希腊语：Περδίκκας Β΄，？—前413年），马其顿国王，前448年至前413年在位。
佩尔狄卡斯是亚历山大一世的儿子。前454年亚历山大一世去世，其长子、佩尔狄卡斯的哥哥阿尔塞塔斯二世继位为王。前448年，佩尔狄卡斯的儿子阿奇拉谋杀阿尔塞塔斯，佩尔狄卡斯登上王位。伯罗奔尼撒战争期间，佩尔狄卡斯二世先后反复与雅典、斯巴达结盟。前413年佩尔狄卡斯去世，由其子阿奇拉继承王位[1][2]。
