何劭

何劭（236年—301年），字敬祖，陈郡阳夏人，何曾之子。

年幼时与晋武帝友好^[1]，武帝即位，召为散骑常侍，累迁侍中^[2]、尚书。晋惠帝即位，迁左仆射。骄奢超过乃父，每天花在吃饭上的钱就超过二万钱。^[3]。

卒于晋永宁元年（301年）十二月^[4]，谥康。《隋书·经籍志注》录有文集一卷。
